Graduation was awesome. Like any graduation it was long and hot and too many people. But awesome because I finally felt relieved that my accomplishment of higher education was done with.

It was AWESOME to have my sister and her family here, what a wonderful surprise. And to have Suzi and Brian Janda (Brads sister) is always fun!

After graduation we went out to Olive Garden and we met up with our friends the Crandalls there as well. All the festivities took the majority of the day. I then came home and crashed, I was so tired. Being pregnant and being in the heat (114 degrees) and running around town can wipe a women out. It was GREAT though. Thank you to Emily and Nate, Suzi and Brian, Landon and Kaylene and most of all BRAD!

We planned to go to On the Boarder out in Gilbert, and found out it was closed...after dinner we tried to go to a smoothie place a couple miles away, which also had closed down. Thanks very much recession. You can't go wrong with Macaroni Grill though.

We Are...

PREGNANT!

We are due January 30th. I am 10 weeks along and have not been feeling sick, just very very tired.

We have had our first ultrasound and it was awesome!

We can now tell the world because we were able to tell our families these past two weeks when we went to visit Spokane!

More posts and pictures will come from our trip home. But I just wanted to blurt it out....

WE ARE PREGNANT!!!

SUMMER....

Is off to a good start, I received my diploma today! That was awesome. Just this last week Brad finished his fourth set of finals and his second year of law school! Thats my man!
He started his summer job at Becker & House, an estate planning firm in Scottsdale. He loves it so far. One of his favorite professors is one of the partners.I really am grateful that he has found something that he enjoys and is interested in.

Baby Blessing Weekend

This last weekend I was able to travel to California for a short but awesome trip. Truman Walker Smith, the first grandson of the Hawkins family was blessed. It was a great weekend, being able to spend time with the Hawkins parents and Em,Nate, Elle and Truman. As well as Nathans sister and mom. Truman is the easiest baby to take care of. Enjoy the pics!

LIZ is Officially Done!! She got her last grade in tonight, so all that is left is turning in a graduation application. Saturday night, I surprised Liz by inviting some of our friends together for a party at my sister Suzi's house. Thank you Jandas for hosting and thanks for all who came.
