However, I do love re-creating something when I have seen it done professionally.
I made these cupcakes for my nephews as I thought they were adorable, and I made my nephews growl like a lion before they could have one. Of course the originals were better, but I do not think they are too bad.
We are headed to New York City this next week for our Spring Break! BLESSED DAY!
I have ONE class left for my Masters Degree in Education and Brad is almost done with his second year of law school! Yippee.

Such a cute idea! I might have to steal it sometime! How fun that you get to go to NYC!!! So jealous!!! Even though it might be a bit chilly, it's probably a really time of the year to go. Have a fun time!!!
way cute liz you are so creative and congrats on almost being done!!!
ah, the crunchy noodle things. You found them.
Stinkin' cute! I didn't know you were getting your masters degree! Wow! Are you going to teach on a college level? Hang in there!
So creative Liz! Last time I tried to recreate something (monster cupcakes) that Martha Stewart had made, I ended up hating her...some things look much easier than they really are! I am sure you will be glad to know that good old Martha and I have made up;) I am glad yours turned out soo CUTE! Have fun in NYC, I am sure it will be a blast!
