My brother Isaac had sent me this card in college when I was having a difficult time.
But I found it today as I was going through things and realized that although Tommy is gone, he is safe and he is happy. I can only assume he is happy. Who would not want to be with their Savior. His temple work has been done. His life was good and pure. And I just have to live worthy to be able to live with him one day. I am grateful for the good days and for people (I.e. my husband) to give me perspective on my bad days. He has lost a sibling, so he knows exactly what I am going through. I will forever look at life differently, and this is okay! I am just grateful to have my boys, all three of them; and for the joy of family!

Seriously though, what would we do without the gospel. I still think of and pray for your family. You are amazing!
